Our maple butcher block countertops made from reclaimed maple flooring are a beautiful addition to any kitchen. The standard counter thickness of this style is 1 1/2" and comes with a durable polyurethane finish.
Each butcher block countertop is handmade at our shop in Detroit using reclaimed maple carefully salvaged from Detroit houses. The maple wood is extremely durable and exhibits beautiful lines, patterns, shades and reclaimed characteristics that come with age. Essentially, we are giving the reclaimed lumber a third life.
Every Workshop butcher block countertop comes with a Workshop Legacy Stamp indicating the street address from where the lumber used was reclaimed from.
Our countertops are made to order. Please allow approximately 10 weeks for fabrication plus additional time for delivery or shipping.
