Our End Grain butcher block style wood countertops are made from reclaimed lumber. The standard counter thickness of this style is 2 3/4" and comes with a durable polyurethane finish.
Each countertop is handmade at our shop in Detroit using old-growth structural pine carefully salvaged from Detroit homes. The lumber end grains exhibit beautiful lines, patterns, shades and reclaimed characteristics that come with age. Essentially, we are giving the reclaimed lumber a third life.
Every countertop comes with a Workshop Legacy Stamp indicating the street address from where the lumber used was reclaimed from.
Our countertops are made to order. Please allow approximately 10 weeks for fabrication plus additional time for delivery or shipping.
