Our Legacy End Grain Chopping Block is handcrafted in Detroit from 100% sustainably sourced reclaimed urban lumber to create a 3" thick chopping block. Heavy duty and built to last, the lumber has been milled and joined to expose beautiful end grain patterns and to celebrate all of the characteristics of the lumbers' life for the past 100 years. Each chopping block is finished with three coats of food-safe mineral oil. On the underside are four rubber feet for stability on your countertop. Also included is a hand-applied Workshop Detroit stamp on the block's outer edge.
