Our Grand Boulevard Industrial Farmhouse Media Stand may be the perfect solution for your home. The top and shelf are made from structural lumber carefully reclaimed from deconstructed houses and commercial buildings in Detroit. The lumber is de-nailed, milled and joined to form a 2 3/4" thick table top and a 1 1/4" thick shelf. The table is finished with a clear, low-sheen polyurethane finish. The table can also be ordered with a walnut stain polyurethane finish (as shown). The table base is made from welded 1 1/2" square tube steel and has rough ground welds, a clear coat protective finish and adjustable feet. Included is the hand-applied Workshop Legacy Stamp on the side edge of the table that indicates the street address from where the lumber was reclaimed from.

Workshop Detroit FAQ
Where are our media stands made?
All Workshop Detroit media stands are handcrafted at our fabrication shop in Detroit, Michigan by our small team of skilled craftsmen. Every table is built to order with close attention to detail, durability, and finish.
What materials do you use for your media stands?
We specialize in reclaimed, salvaged and sustainably sourced solid wood, including reclaimed pine, reclaimed oak, and select hardwoods depending on the design. Each tabletop is paired with heavy-duty steel or solid wood bases designed for long-term stability.
Will my media stand look exactly like the photos?
No two media stands are exactly alike. Because we use real wood—often reclaimed—natural variations in grain, knots, and color are expected and celebrated. Your table will be similar in style and finish, but uniquely yours.
Can I customize the size or finish?
Yes. Most of our media stands can be customized by size, wood species, finish color, and base style. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll help design a media stand that fits your space perfectly.
How long does it take to receive my media stand?
Because our media stands are made to order, typical lead times range from 8–10 weeks depending on the design and current production schedule. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when your order is placed and keep you updated along the way.
Do you offer white glove delivery or in-home setup?
Yes. We offer in-home delivery and set up is available for many locations and includes delivery, placement, and packaging removal.
Are your media stands durable enough for everyday use?
Absolutely. Our media stands are built for daily life. We use commercial-grade finishes that protect against spills, heat, and normal wear. Our media stands are built to last for generations.
How do I care for and clean my media stand?
Routine care is simple. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners. No Bleach. Mild soap only.
What if my media stand arrives damaged?
We stand behind our work. If your media stand arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right—whether that means repair, replacement, or another solution.
